Received defective flagpole. Breaks every time the wind blows and this is with no flag on the flagpole. 25 foot flagpole is now approximately 18 feet tall. Cannot get anyone to respond to my emails, messages or chats on website. I just want someone to talk to me or answer my questions/concerns. I keep getting robo replies that are useless. They finally offered to replace the flag but now I am concerned they are planning to charge me for a new flag and I cannot get an answer. I am not paying for something that was a piece of junk.
